I started in the industry with a boutique mortgage brokerage before migrating into the escrow & finance world. For 15 years, I handled sale transactions for businesses, residential & commercial real estate sales; specializing in seller finance, carrybacks and account servicing wraps.

I have been involved in raising capital for commercial redevelopment projects as well as handling the negotiations of investor collateral for private lenders and insuring the risks.
